Looking at last weeks sessions videos it's clear we need to work on balance and the catch. We'll be doing that in the drills (done with fins so please bring yours along).
After that we're beginning to cement the "Feel" of your Race Pace into your mentality. Four swims over 100m, 200m, 300m and 400m all done at your projected race pace. These will be timed so you can judge how your pace maintinence is going.
After that - and if there's time - we'll do a short blast of 4 x 25m with 15m max and 10m EZ.
